What to Include
- The email address connected to your ilysia account, if any.
- Your device model, operating system version, and ilysia app version.
- A short description of what happened and the screen where it happened.
- For purchase issues, include the app store platform and purchase date. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.
Subscriptions and Refunds
ilysia subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. You can cancel or manage renewal in your app store account. Refund decisions are handled by the relevant app store provider.
Account and Data Requests
You can request account deletion and related data removal from the app or by contacting support. See Account & Data Deletion for the current deletion steps and what is retained by app store providers.
