Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your ilysia account and request removal of related user-owned app data. Deletion removes ilysia app data controlled by us; app store purchase records and subscription history are managed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers under their own retention and restore policies.
Delete in the App
- Open ilysia and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile, then Privacy & About.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the deletion prompt.
Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@ilysia.app from the email address connected to your account. Include "Account deletion" in the subject line so we can route the request correctly.
What Is Deleted
- Your ilysia account record and user-owned app data stored by us.
- Synced skin analysis, routine, product, and progress data controlled by ilysia.
- Local app subscription snapshots stored in our database.
What May Remain
- App Store or Google Play purchase and refund records.
- RevenueCat subscription records needed for entitlement restore and fraud prevention.
- Limited records we must retain for legal, security, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Processing Time
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are reviewed after we verify account ownership. We may ask for additional information if the request cannot be matched to an account.
